Currently we have two toddler beds in Charlie's room and we spend the time before bedtime in this room reading books and playing. Once PJs are on, teeth are brushed and books are read I take James to the other room and put him in the crib for the night. I'm thinking that it may be best to start the transition now before the baby comes and give James some time to get used to it. I guess my only concern was that they would play and goof off for too long before finally falling asleep. I'm still contemplating when to start this process. I'll let you know how it goes!
