Thanks everyone for your encouraging comments the other day. As you can see by the BIG smile on my face I got to go riding on Saturday! Thanks goes to hubby for watching the boys while I went on a 22 mile ride on the W&OD Trail. It was such a beautiful day and I would've taken lots of photos but I was enjoying the ride so much that I didn't want to stop so I only took a few with my phone. Hubby took our youngest to get his first haircut, which he did not like...but he looks so handsome with his new do. He also took all 3 boys to breakfast and while they were all sitting in the restaurant eating a man came up to him and said, "Sir, I just wanted to tell you that you are doing a really great job with these 3 boys, I only have my daughter with me and I'm struggling. The boys are being so good." I thought it was so nice that someone would take the time to say that to a complete stranger. Hubby is very brave, he'll take the boys anywhere and they always end up having tons of fun!!! Of course when they come home they all have ripped jeans and dirty faces from playing at the park, but it's great fun!
Yay for getting to ride!
ReplyDeleteYour little guy made my heart melt with his haircut pics. Love the sucker in his mouth. :)
I used to ride down the W&OD to work in the mornings sometimes, what a great asset to have in that area!
ReplyDeleteOh wow, I wish we had trails like that.
ReplyDeleteYAY for getting out there and riding!! Awesome.
ReplyDeleteLove the HC photo.
So glad that you got to ride and cheers to your husband for taking the boys.
ReplyDeleteThat ride on the road when you have been pounding out miles on your trainer is very satisfying. Love the feeling of wind on the face and the sound of rubber on the road.
ReplyDeleteAhh...
